We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any of our services at any time.

3. User Responsibilites

By using our services, you agree:

• To provide accurate, complete, and current information.
• Not to engage in unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
• Not to attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of our website or services

4. Payments and Refunds

• Payment must be made in accordance with the terms specified in your invoice or contract.
• Payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept payments through approved channels (e.g., credit card, bank transfer). For Nepal-based clients, local payment arrangements may be available.

5. Intellectual Property

• All deliverables, designs, code, and related materials remain the property of KSVA Tech Solutions until full payment has been received.
• Upon full payment, ownership rights transfer to the client, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
• We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless the client expressly requests otherwise.

6. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of our clients' proprietary information. Any sensitive data shared with us will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required by law or as necessary to perform the services.

7. Limitation of Liability

• KSVA Tech Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the relevant service.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
• For clients based in Nepal, we will endeavor to comply with applicable Nepalese consumer protection laws.
• Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California, unless otherwise mutually agreed

9. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate services if you violate these Terms.
• You may terminate services by providing written notice, subject to payment obligations for work already completed.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
